Licenses 1T-SRAM(R) Technology for the Advanced 90nm Process Generation for Products Aimed for Integration Into Advanced Imaging Solutions

Pixim, Inc. has extended the license of MoSys’ 1T-SRAM high-density
embedded memory technology to include products manufactured at 90
nanometer (nm) silicon process geometry. Pixim has been a licensee of
MoSys’ technology since 2004, and has incorporated 1T-SRAM memory
macros into Pixim’s patented Digital Pixel System(R) (DPS) chip sets
targeting the fast-growing video security applications.
