NexusChips will utilize MoSys 1T-SRAM technology to enable mobile
handheld applications that have not been possible with previous memory
technologies. NexusChips GiPump 3D graphics accelerators and mobile
stereoscopic display features are enabled by the dense, low-power
technology offered in the MoSys 1T-SRAM. The NexusChips application in
consumer mobile expands upon MoSys’ application in home entertainment
and mobile multimedia.
