Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance
Mr. Sullivan brings over 20 years of financial management and accounting experience to MoSys. Prior to joining MoSys, he was Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance for Apptera, a venture-backed startup which provides technology for voice advertising, search and commerce. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance for 8X8, a publicly held company which develops and markets voice over Internet protocol telephone service and technology. Prior to this role, he was Chief Financial Officer at Netergy Microelectronics, a subsidiary of 8X8, which provided voice and video semiconductors and related communication software to original equipment manufacturers and other semiconductor companies. Mr. Sullivan also held various positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Mr. Sullivan holds a bachelor of science in accounting from New York University, Stern School of Business and is a certified public accountant.
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Miller brings more than 30 years of experience in technology innovation, system architecture, and software to MoSys. Prior to joining MoSys, he held the position of Chief Technical Officer, Systems Architecture for Integrated Device Technology, Inc. He also held engineering management positions in software, applications and product definition for networking memory, RISC processors and communications ICs, serving IDT for more than 20 years. Prior to joining IDT, he was involved with managing software teams within two systems companies for five years. In addition, he performed logic design and application functions at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).
Mr. Miller holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and has been awarded 30 patents to date.

President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lewis has served as president and chief executive officer since August 2018 and as a member of the board of directors since September 2017. He brings over 40 years of sales and marketing experience at high-technology companies that provided products to the integrated circuit, communications and computer markets. Since January 2013, Mr. Lewis has served as the managing member and an owner of GMS Manufacturing Solution LLC, which provides engineering services to manufacturing companies. From 2001 to 2013, he served as chief executive officer of View Box Group, LLC, which provides management consulting services to small businesses. Prior to 2001, Mr. Lewis previously served as vice president of worldwide sales at both Xicor, Inc. and Integrated Device Technology, Inc. Mr. Lewis has also held various sales and technical positions with Accelerant Networks, Inc. Intel Corporation, Zilog, Inc. and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Lewis holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Mr. Newell has served as a member of the board of directors since October 2018, and is currently a consultant and advisor to emerging healthcare and technology companies. He has held financial management positions with healthcare and technology companies in Silicon Valley for over 25 years. From 2003 to 2018, Mr. Newell was CFO of Dextera Surgical, a developer of advanced surgical stapling and medical devices. He served on the board of directors of ARI Network Services, a leading supplier of SaaS and data as a service solutions, from 2012 to 2017. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Newell served as CFO of Omnicell an automated medication and hospital supply management company, and, prior to 2000, he held executive positions with the Beta Group and Cardiometrics. Prior to his business career, he was a pilot in the United States Air Force. Mr. Newell holds a BA in mathematics from the College of William & Mary and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mr. O’Neil was appointed to the board of directors in September 2017, and brings more than 20 years of business development, strategic consulting and investment banking experience in technology and technology-enabled markets. Since 2010, Mr. O’Neil has served as a partner at Acme Strategy LLC., a provider of strategic consulting and advisory services, which he founded. From 2008 to 2010, he served as an investment banker at Signal Hill Capital Group LLC. Prior to 2008, Mr. O’Neil held business development and investment banking positions at Energy Services Group, Deutsche Bank AG and BT Alex. Brown. Mr. O’Neil holds an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Scott Lewis has served as a member of the board of directors since October 2018, and brings more than 40 years of design, sales, and product and corporate marketing experience with technology and semiconductor companies. Since February 2018, he has been serving as executive marketing strategist at United Silicon Carbide, Inc., a leader in the silicon carbide power device market. Previously, Mr. Lewis held multiple corporate and product-line marketing leadership positions at Maxim Integrated Products, Inc., GLOBALFOUNDRIES LTD., Cadence Design Systems, Inc., Intersil Corp., Xilinx, Inc. and Integrated Device Technology, Inc. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.
