Len Perham Len Perham - President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Perham has been a successful entrepreneur with over 30 years of executive leadership and semiconductor industry experience. Since retiring from Integrated Device Technology in 2000, Mr. Perham has been chairman of the board of NetLogic Microsystems (NASDAQ:NETL), chairman of the board at QuickSil a mixed signal foundry, chairman of the board of Optimal Corporation, Corporate Advisor to Imera Systems and Venture Partner with AsiaTech Management.

From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Perham served as CEO of Integrated Device Technology (NASDAQ:IDTI). He was appointed president and elected to the board of directors in 1986. During his 16-year tenure, Mr. Perham incubated several companies under the IDT umbrella including Galileo Technology (acquired by Marvell Technology), Quantum Effect Devices (acquired by PMC-Sierra), Monolithic System Technology, Clear-Logic and Centaur Technology. Prior to joining IDT, Mr. Perham was president and CEO of Optical Information Systems Inc., a division of Exxon. He was also a member of the founding team at Zilog Inc. and held management positions at Advanced Micro Devices and Western Digital.

Mr. Perham received a BS in electrical engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts in 1968.
 


 
James Sullivan James Sullivan - Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance

Mr. Sullivan brings over 17 years of financial management and accounting experience to MoSys. Prior to joining MoSys, he was Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance for Apptera, a venture-backed startup which provides technology for voice advertising, search and commerce. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance for 8X8, a publicly held company which develops and markets voice over Internet protocol telephone service and technology. Prior to this role, he was Chief Financial Officer at Netergy Microelectronics, a subsidiary of 8X8, which provided voice and video semiconductors and related communication software to original equipment manufacturers and other semiconductor companies. Mr. Sullivan also held various positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Mr. Sullivan holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from New York University, Stern School of Business and is a certified public accountant.
 


 
Sundari Mitra Sundari Mitra - Executive Vice President of Engineering

Ms. Mitra brings more than 20 years of semiconductor experience and engineering management to MoSys. She joined MoSys from Prism Circuits, Inc. where she served as Chief Executive Officer from its inception in February 2006 until the acquisition of Prism by MoSys on June 5, 2009. Prior to joining Prism, her leadership and engineering management helped create the original 386SL/486SL microprocessors at Intel and the UltraSPARC microprocessor family at Sun Microsystems, Inc.  Her innovations in analog/mixed signal design for Interface/IO design, clock distribution, clock management and power management for highly complex semiconductor designs lead to the initial ideas behind Prism Circuits.

Ms.Mitra has 8 patents and participates on the boards of three companies as advisor. She has an MS in electrical engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a BS in electrical engineering from MSU Baroda (India).
 


 
David DeMaria David DeMaria - Vice President of Business Operations

Mr. DeMaria is a successful executive with over 25 years of experience in the electronics industry. Prior to joining MoSys, he was a senior vice president at Apache Design Solutions, a technology leader in EDA. Previously, he was CEO of Optimal Corporation, an EDA company that he helped grow and ultimately merge with Apache.

Before that, he held a number of executive positions in leading EDA companies, including eight years at Cadence Design Systems, where he served as executive vice president of the Systems business unit and, senior vice president of worldwide marketing and strategy. Prior to Cadence, he was group vice president of the systems business at Viewlogic and managing director of Zuken-Redac.

Mr. DeMaria attended Boston University for a B.S. degree in computer engineering.
 


 
Michael Miller Michael Miller - Vice President of Technology Innovation and System Applications

Mr. Miller brings more than 30 years of experience in technology innovation, system architecture, software and complex logic to MoSys. Prior to joining MoSys, he held the position of Chief Technical Officer for Integrated Device Technology, Inc.. He also held engineering management positions in software, applications and product definition, serving IDT for more than 20 years. Prior to joining IDT, he was involved with managing software teams within two systems companies for five years. In addition, he managed the designing of complex logic and bitslice at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).

Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and has been awarded 25 patents to date.
 


 
John Chin John Chin - Senior Director of Strategic Business Partnerships

Mr. Chin joined MoSys as the Sr. Director of Strategic Business Partnership in 2008. He is currently responsible for Asia sales, foundry partnership and corporate business strategy development. Prior to MoSys Inc. Mr. Chin was Vice President of Industry Alliances in Cadence Design Systems, an EDA company, from 2005 to 2007. He was Vice President of Asia Photronics, a photomask company, and concurrently served as President of Photronics Semiconductor Mask Corp. in Taiwan from 2003 to 2005. Between 1998 to 2003, Mr. Chin held various business and management positions in TSMC North America and TSMC Taiwan. Mr. Chin held engineering, engineering management and marketing positions in LSI Logic and Fujitsu Microelectronics. He started his career with a startup company, Gillytron, Inc., which designed and manufactured Automatic Test Equipment.

Mr. Chin holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University in 1984.
